Rising singer-songwriter, Baba Kuboye has released the official music video ‘Ikoyi Boy‘, one of the tracks off his previously released EP, From Ikoyi With Horns.

Ikoyi Boy is a melodious Afrobeats record laced with gratitude. Baba Kuboye skilfully delivers an Afrobeat song detailing his origins and the current struggles of black youths in his home town with the sounds of the Sax, Keys and Drums.

Baba Kuboye wants to take you back to his origin, his boyhood home, Ikoyi – a place of rich culture and history. Recently, Ikoyi was one of the strategic venues of the #EndSars protest which was a movement against oppression and police brutality.
