From her recently released debut EP tagged Alari', Liya decided to perform the project-named song on live performance platform Glitch Africa. Flanked by a band, the 21-year-old Liya gave an energetic performance of the song, showcasing her skills as both a songstress and a performer.
Speaking before the performance, she stated that the name "Alari" means:
